[ SPECIFICATION: ] : 

Description ：White crystals or white crystalline powder; odorless; taste slightly bitter,
and then turned to a benumbing sensation. Freely soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol
and chloroform;
almost insoluble in ethyl ether.
